Christmas 2020 Opening Hours
Our office is closed throughout the Christmas and New Year period (5:30pm Wednesday 23rd Dec 2020 - 08:30am Monday 4th Jan 2021).
Our website will be operational 24/7 and all orders placed during this period will be checked and processed on a regular basis. For all enquiries, please e-mail
[email protected] or use the "Contact Us" page on the website. E-Mails will be checked on a regular basis and responded to over the Christmas period.
Please note All orders are dispatched directly from our suppliers and some suppliers are also closed during the Christmas period. All orders placed will be processed but may not be shipped until the New Year when everyone returns to normal.
Christmas Deliveries - Order Deadlines
To receive your item by Christmas you need to order by the following dates: (UK only)
Next day service:
All orders placed by 15:00 on Monday 21st December 2020 will be delivered before Christmas.
Express Delivery
All orders placed by 15:00 on Monday 21st December 2020 should be delivered before Christmas. Please note that our Express Delivery is not a guaranteed timed delivery service but orders should be delivered within 48 hours.
Standard or our FREE Delivery service:
Most orders will be sent via one of the national carriers to ensure tracking and security. Most carriers recommend that orders should be placed and processed by the 21st December 2020 to ensure delivery in time for Christmas:
Please note that our standard delivery service is not a guaranteed timed delivery service, so if it's an important item we recommend you upgrade to the Next Day delivery service.
Orders placed after these dates cannot be guaranteed in time for Christmas and will be delivered from the 29th December onwards.
